Billing questions
Is Bookmerce free right now?
Yes. During our launch, every store gets all available features free of charge, with no limits. Paid plans will begin later.
What is the launch offer?
Stores that install Bookmerce before paid plans begin keep the Growth plan free for as long as they use the app. There's nothing to sign up for, and you can upgrade to Pro at any time.
When will paid plans begin?
We haven't set a date yet. We'll notify you in the app at least 30 days in advance, and you'll never be charged unless you choose a paid plan.
How does billing work?
All billing goes through Shopify. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice, and we never ask for your card details.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the app. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes. A yearly plan costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free.
Do you offer custom plans?
Yes. For Shopify Plus stores, chains, or features built for your business, email support@bookmerce.com and we'll put together a plan for you.
Will my customers see Bookmerce branding?
No. Your booking form and emails show your store, not ours, on every plan.
What does "Coming soon" mean?
The feature is built and in final testing. It will be available on the plans shown once it's ready.
